Privacy Policy

This page explains what personal data the studio-legacy-game.com website processes, why, on what legal basis, for how long and how to object. The studio is based in Russia, so the policy is published under Article 18.1 of Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data”.

If the data we process changes, this page changes too and gets a new date.

The purpose is to reply and to discuss collaboration, a vacancy or a project. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(5) of Law No. 152-FZ: you write on your own initiative, and the correspondence is needed to reach an agreement with you. For other letters it is Article 6(1)(7): replying to a letter is a legitimate interest of the studio and does not override your rights.

Letters are kept while they are needed for that purpose. Once it is achieved and no collaboration follows, they are deleted within 30 days. If the correspondence leads to a contract, it is kept as long as the law and the contract require.

The English version of the website does not use analytics or advertising trackers. The Russian version uses Yandex Metrica, and only after the visitor agrees to it in a notice; the Russian version of this policy describes it in full.

The Russian version notice appears when your browser's time zone or main language points to Russia, Belarus or Kazakhstan. The check runs in your browser and nothing is sent to us.

The website used to accept closed beta applications: through Yandex Forms on the Russian version and Google Forms on the English one. Applications closed on 11 September 2026 and the form is gone. Applications already received are deleted within 30 days of closing (Article 21(4) of Law No. 152-FZ).

The website works over HTTPS only and is hosted on a server in Russia. The server keeps no request logs with visitors' IP addresses, and the website itself stores no personal data. Only the operator has access to the studio mailbox.
